I am an IAT & WTS Certified Trichologist in Northern California. I have recently purchased two LLLT helmets from Debra with Boss Clinic. The first one took a while to get. I had patience and stuck it out. The unit did come and it was a good quality and very sturdy. A few months later Debra contacted me. She was concerned over how long I had to wait the first time and wasn't happy about that. By that time she had fixed some manufacturing issues and made some great improvements. Without any prompting Debra offered to send me one of the new improved units. She wanted to make sure I had the best product her company can offer. It truly is an improved laser helmet. Being under the care of Dr Debra Best at the Boss Clinic Has been a huge reassurance and the best thing I have done for treating androgenetic alopecia - The treatment has been highly effective and definitely worth the investment along with the kind, encouraging and sound clinical advice I have received resulting in more Hair growth within 12 weeks. I have been really impressed and blown away at the results. For any women going through menopause hair loss or general hair loss, don’t wait or hesitate, it’s best to go early For intervention before it gets out of hand. BOSS Clinic has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was hesitant at first because I was unsure if they could actually assist me with my thinning hair / balding as I came in at a young age. They ended up telling me, the earlier the better and from there explained the entire process. Everyone was extremely transparent and helpful. I’ve been getting treatment for my hair for a number of years and decided to try Boss Clinic after being unhappy with the previous place I was visiting. I’ve been really impressed by the quality of the customer service and the business in general. The staff are friendly and helpful and are willing to sit down with you to answer all your questions. I also like that the staff are not pushy, which became an issue with the last place I was visiting. They have the latest products and technology, which is a big plus in helping to regrow or maintain your hair. An added bonus, is the cost of the products and treatment, which is very reasonable. It’s a great place to visit with a relaxed environment. My favourite thing about the place is the nice and refreshing lemonade and snack I get when I get a laser :) I would recommend Boss Clinic. My experience using the services at the Boss Clinic has been outstanding! The founder of this company has been involved in the hairloss industry for several decades and this can be clearly seen in the quality of the products she has on offer for her clients. I’ve been using the shampoos, conditioners and also the laser helmet. Speaking of the laser helmet- it’s the only one on the market I’ve found that offers more than just the regular red light therapy. Their latest helmet incorporates red, blue and amber lights which are normally only found in a clinic setting. As far as customer service is concerned, they are always very friendly when I come into the clinic. The staff are very knowledgeable of the products and treatments and can recommend which ones are most suitable for your specific hair concerns. Definitely recommend visiting the Boss Clinic if you’re having issues with your hair! ~ BNH

After starting treatment for thinning hairline and a balding crown at Boss Clinic within 12 weeks I can visibly see between digital photos the huge difference that I have not been able to achieve elsewhere. Debra and Ally who I deal with each time I go in have been fantastic, answering any questions and have been very accommodating eg. If I'm running late a laser due to work they dont mind staying an extra 15 to ensure I don't miss an appointment. They have minimised cost for consumers where possible, saving you money by having you deal directly with the pharmacy for any products required and the technology in house is all brand new ensuring you get the best possible results for money invested. Happy to continue my treatment here to the point where I'll be on a maintenance only plan and interested to see what the next 12 week set of photos look like compared to self evaluation in a mirror (everyday 😂) Recommend 10/10 ~ Chad S

A few months ago I came back to Perth after living overseas and noticed a lot more hair than usual starting to fall out in the shower and while brushing. I was beginning to really worry after a few weeks of this increased fallout, as it was not slowing down and my normally thick head of hair was becoming increasingly thin, so I decided to see Debra at Boss Clinic. My consultation with Debra went great and along with a comprehensive blood test, she was able to devise a suitable treatment plan for me. I am currently using Boss Clinics specifically formulated hair/scalp products when I wash my hair, their new Billion Hairs serum, and their easy to use at-home laser helmet. It is still early days, but so far I am very happy with the results, as I have noticed my fallout has decreased significantly and believe I am now on the road to regrowth. I knew at some point I would eventually start losing mine. It was inevitable, my grandfather had it & even my younger brother. It took over 4 years for me to overcome the sceptism & the cost involved even after noticing my receding hair line was at a state & how quickly I started to lose it! Everyone even suggested I should embrace it & go bald. So I started to where hats more often, from then on, my frustration & awareness continued to grow & grow - not to mention how low I felt. My friend recommended this company, and after reviewing their products & packages I was surprised how reasonable $$ it was & how convenient. That was enough incentive for me, so I decided to go ahead. The staff are extremely helpful as well as truthful. The standard take home treatment only took 3-4weeks to really notice the changes. I have had hair extensions for +7 years and have bleached my hair every 3 months. I have been on the hair programme from boss clinic for a year now. I have never seen such an improvement. My hair has grown ridiculously and has gotten so thick. I am honestly blown away. I have used Everything under the sun to try to regrow bald patches from over using extensions and nothing seemed to work. I am beyond thankful for discovering the clinic and would recommend to anyone that has the same issues or needing help with regrowing their hair. This clinic managed by Debra best who for sure is the best will change your life....their products such as the billion hairs and monoxidil creams which are affordable do produce noticeable results unlike other clinics such as the one down the road that claim to provide good solutions but almost always end up charging the customer a fortune without producing any results...and Debra does provide good and valuable advice. I have tried a few other clinics such as IHLS before this but boss clinic is by far the best ~ Sagar P

I came across Boss clinic while listening to triple J. The presenters called Boss to make a joke about one of the presenters hair. I just remember the lady they called at Boss sounded very confident and that stuck with me, so I went to check them out. My experience at Boss clinic has been great. From Rachel booking my appointments and making me a coffee when I arrive, to Debra and her experience, knowledge and confidence that I could definitely grow my hair back, to Lillian looking after my photos so I can follow my progress. My hair is much thicker, stronger, and I used to get a lot of comments from people thinking I dyed the top of my hair blonde (which I have never done) but the top of my hair has also gotten much darker and now almost matches the back of my head. I’ve only been doing the treatments from Boss clinic for 3 months so far and I look forward to seeing the continued improvement from here. As someone who is only 20 years of age and have been suffering from hair loss on the crown for about 3 years now I have recently began using the stem cell cleanser and the Infusion scalp protector and have noticed a huge difference in regards to NO hair loss, I used to run my fingers through my hair and would pull out multiple strands and now, next to nothing. So I recently made a change of leaving another hair clinic to go to boss clinic after having my consultation with Deborah, who supplied me with all the information I needed to make the change. After only 3 months of being with them, I have seen drastic changes to the quality and quantity of my hair. I have had fine damaged hair from over colouring and neglect for years. Deb and the girls from Boss Clinic have been fantastic at helping me with this problem. I had very bad habbit of using extra hard hair gel and hair wax together for last 11 years and as result my hair started falling and i was really depressed of it , finally after help of Boss Clinic ( Debra best and team ) i could finally stop my hair fall and my hair is thick and growing as well . Hi have been a client of Deb for many yrs and she is very professional but same time realistic on if this suits you and will work on you. I am now 50 yrs of age and I have a 6yr old and a 2yr old daughter and still a full head of hair. (g All my 3 older brothers are basically bald and this is, was the best decision I made many yrs ago.
